Welcome! Welcome to our website and, if you are new to the area, welcome to New Canaan.
The New Canaan Men’s Club was founded in 1977 by a group of men who met regularly at the YMCA to play racquetball. While the Club has grown since then, providing friendship and fellowship to members remains a core mission of our Club. We meet on Friday mornings in Morrill Hall at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, but we are nonreligious, nonpartisan, as well as a non-profit community organization (501(c)(3). Each Friday meeting has a speaker covering interesting and often a timely topic.

Dr. Ed Schuster
How to Live to 110
Dr. Edward Schuster will share his informative, dynamic, and entertaining talk on longevity. He will share tips on diet, exercise, social engagement, stress management and more.
Dr. Schuster specializes in all aspects of cardiology with an interest in preventative cardiology. He is an attending physician at Stamford Hospital, and the director of cardiac rehabilitation.
He has received many honors over the years, including “Teacher of the Year” at Stamford Hospital and “Best Doctors” in the US, Connecticut, and Westchester.
He has extensive teaching experience with both the house staff at Stamford Hospital and medical students from Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. He helped develop the EMS system and the use of defibrillators throughout the City of Stamford.
